Return Policy

We are a small business and we appreciate you shopping with us, that is why we want you to be happy with your order, and if for any reason you’re not, please do let us know. We value your feedback. To access your customer account and start the return process, click here.

Do we offer refunds? If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are offered to customers within a 14 day period from date of purchase. If you receive the wrong items or damaged items, please see Refund Policy. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@modamasbella.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at info@modamasbella.com. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@modamasbella.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! See our Refund Policy.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
